VO Invoice Date field: Error check for erroneous dates
Symptoms:
The Invoice Date field allows a user to enter a date years in the future. This occurs when the user types in the date instead of using the pick function. This field should not allow dates of more than 365 days in the future. If this is too much of a restriction then an added default value to dictate the amount of time in the future a voucher can have an invoice date for. This issue has cause some vouchers to not be paid on time and has happened more than once in the last couple of months.
Solution:
When an Invoice Date is selected more than 365 days into the future, the application will now issue a message box warning that the Invoice Date is farther than 365 days from today. The user can consciously choose to accept the selected date, or they can change their mind and select a different day. This change will help a user prevent accidentally selecting dates farther into the future than actually required.
