PO List - Show complete GL account and add Tax column
Enhancement Description:
1. All Costing to display complete GL Account information a. Right now – Stock reorders display the warehouse description not the actual GL account # b. Right now – PO’s costed to WO’s display the WO number not the Actual GL Account # - Also does not want to see Wildcard references to costs – wants to see complete Account Number This report is forwarded to accounting – so the WH and WO codes have no meaning to anyone not in 4Site and to be provided manually by the client 2. Display a taxable Y/N by line for each item on the PO (same as current PO Lines using a Y/N) 3. Include total tax by PO after the PO subtotal 4. Subtotal by Supplier to include Taxes calculated 5. Grand Total of Report to include Taxes calculated
Solution:
polist report and polist with sub totalling were updated. Excel versions of reports updated as well.
