Work Order Backlog Report by Urgency - Emergency, Urgent, Routine
Problem Description:
When a user creats a WO - the WO can be classified by one of three Urgencies, Emergency, Urgent and Routine(default) - these Urgencies should be available in the WO Backlog report and the WO Status Reports
Solution:
Work Order Backlog Report: ------------------------- Modified Stored procedure, report data table and report to accommodate Work Order Urgency data. Note: The reference to "WO Status Report" in the description section actually refers to "Work Order Tracking.../Outstanding Work Orders Report" This issue was moved to Request #04008, to avoid delaying delivery of the Work Order Backlog Report.
