Standard price book query shows incorrect prime supplier
Symptoms:
The Price Book Query View shows a prime supplier that may not be the same as the price book supplier record where prime yes/no is Y.
Solution:
The current Price Book Query View extracts the prime supplier identifier from an obsolete column on the price book item table. It has been changed to get the supplier id from the price book price table for the price book item where the prime supplier indicator is Y. This patch also fixes a problem where duplicate rows may be returned if a class exists in more than one book.
