Change from Good to Qty Based Service wipes out line information.
Symptoms:
On a PO generated from a Req, when changing a line from a Good to a Qty Based Service, the Qty, Unit Price and Extended price gets wiped out. The data should stay because that part wouldn't be changing anyway if it was already there.
Solution:
If switching line type between Good and Qty based service then do not blank out fields such as Qty, Price, etc. Switching to / from Value will blank out all values.
