change PR line creates extra taskpurch each time you change
Symptoms:
If you change the PR line of a PR costed to WO it now creates another taskpurch for each time you change the line. So if you look at the work order you'll see multiple PR that look the same or similar.
Solution:
Changes were lost in a previous patch. Those changes are now re-applied to get this all working again.
