WO resource shows PR as unreceived but it is rec'd - PO vers bug
Symptoms:
Some of their PR resources on the WO didn't show as being received and yet they were.
Solution:
The problem turned out to be that the PR resources not showing correctly were tied to a PO line that was now reversioned. The SQL didn't take into account the poline.vers so it was returning multiple rows. If version 0 had no receipts then it was flagged as not received. I added the check for poline.vers and it works fine.
