Stock Usage/Activity Report
Enhancement Description:
Provide a Query Utility View that provides the details of Stores issues for a given date range. The report requires: • Reporting of the following details of the Stores Issue: o Issue Date/Time o Issued From Warehouse o GL Account charged o Related Work Order(if any) o Expense Element o Commodity Code o Stock ID, Description o Supplier o Issued To (Warehouse and/or Person) o Quantity Issued o Issued Price o Value (Qty * Price) • Ability to specify a date range to limit the result by the Issue Date/Time. • Export the results to Excel™.
Solution:
A new "Current Stock on Hand" View under the "Stores" category has been created in the Query Utility which can be used to export the data to Excel as required. A date filter has also been provided which can be edited to limit the results to the desired date range.
