LastWOId of PM Trigger not updated when Forcing a WO
Symptoms:
Forcing a work order using legacy PM does not update the LastWOId/TaskId for the PMTrigger.
Solution:
Legacy PM always did update these fields on a run, but legacy forcing did not. Now it does. New PM runs and forces did not set these fields since they become meaningless when you can create work orders in any time order due to the flexibility in forecasting. New PM will now also set these fields for consistency even though their usefulness is questionable.
