Symptoms:
The following issues should be addressed where applicable: - insufficient field height (characters gjpqy cut off) - ambiguous dates (eg. 08-10-11) - use YYYY and MMM where appropriate - truncated fields (insufficient field width -widen if possible, and/or line-wrap) - data overflow on amount carrying fields - increase column width where possible. - other minor adjustments (e.g. vertical/horizontal alignment, spacing, pagination, etc.) Reports: . Stores Item Assignments by Manufacturer, . Stores Item Assignments by Commodity, . Stores Item Assignments by Supplier, . Reorders Audit Report by Warehouse, . Reorders Audit Report by Supplier, .
