Scheduling display is hard to read
Symptoms:
"Allocated vs. Available" window appears over the screen splitters and is hard to read. It should be moved.
Solution:
Moved the picture box used to show Allocated vs. Available to the front of the form so it would not be displayed behind some other controls on the form.
