Error forcing a PM program
Symptoms:
Sometimes when forcing a WO 4Site may generate "An error has occurred while copying labour for work order X, task Y from program Z task W." This error does not provide specific enough information to determine the problem.
Solution:
This error was being generated as a result of a PM Labour resource on a PMTask that has been deleted from the Org. This would have generated a “…may result in faulty references…” warning when it was deleted. The PM Labour resource would fail to be copied to the work order since the trade no longer existed in the Org, i.e. a faulty reference. The error message will now return the specific DB error so that 4Site support can more easily identify the specific problem and suggest a remedy.
