Some new reports have no security or you have to set app access
Symptoms:
I found this while testing sttotals. You have to give yourself access to the app in Security. But that puts it in your menu yet it can only run from fsRunJob. You get an EOF OR BOF error if you do try to run it from the menu. There is security if you put the associated appid on quejob but that doesn't work in this case. There are other newer reports in the same boat - no appid in quejob but they also have apps.accessreqyn = N so no security check at all. This means anyone can run them which is worse. Someone should check into this and fixup the security settings so that they can be secured but not necessarily have to be added to the personapps and show up in the menu.
Solution:
1. update accessreqyn to βNβ in the apps table for sttotal 2. update the appid to βstβ in the quejob table for sttotal
