Spare turnaround can't be completed for project work order.
Symptoms:
If a Workorder is costed to a Project with an Equipment reference and the Workorder is issued a repairable spare, the Equipment from the Project is not selected by default when identifying the spare being replaced. The user must manually look at the Workorder costing to find the appropriate Equipment themselves.
Solution:
On the Spare Indentify screen, the Workorder costing is now fully analyzed for all related Equipment. This includes all Equipment direcly costed to and all Equipment references from all Projects costed to. From this list of Equipment, the one with the greatest costing percentage is selected as the default "Issued to Equipment". If there are no Equipment on the WO at all(no costed to EQ, no EQ references on costed to Projects, Cost Center costing, etc) the default will be blank.
