Acct inactivation should check if projectacct.aistatus = "I"
Symptoms:
When trying to set an account to inactive got an error that it was on an open project. The Force button wasn't enabled which was probably OK given the circumstance. The account was on the project shown however it had already been set to inactive on that project.
Solution:
Filter out inactive accounts from the project account table when determining if an account can be deactivated. Project accounts are set to inactive when deleting an project account that is on a work order and has costs against it.
