VO post of TWOWAY match creates rct even if post errors out
Symptoms:
If the post of a Voucher with service line fails with VOTWOWAY turned on, it may leave a Receipt behind if the post error occurs after the Receipt has been created. If the post error is then corrected and re-posted successfully, there will be 2 Receipts for the service lines.
Solution:
A transaction error has been fixed where the creation of the Receipt was not rolled back properly if the Voucher post failed.
