Payment Approver error when opening PO created from PR
Symptoms:
When you create a PO from a PR, you may get a "Payment Approver is no longer in the list of Payment Approvers" error when you open the PO if the current user is not in the list of designated payment approvers.
Solution:
When you created a PO from a PR, it used the current person as the payment approver instead of someone from the PaymentApproverList(or blank if so configured). If you were lucky this person was in the PaymentApproverList, if not, then you would get a "Payment Approver is no longer in the list of Payment Approvers" error when you open the PO. This has been fixed by having the new PO retrieve and use the default payment approver. This default will either be the first payment approver in the list or blank, if so configured.
