Equipment service providers may not be saved.
Symptoms:
Changes made to the service provider "Same as Equipment" field are not being saved to the database.
Solution:
A bug has been fixed that prevented the save from occurring. Note that adding individual service providers to an equipment worked properly, it was just the setting of the "Same as Equipment" field that had a problem.
