r#receipt table not found when running the Receipt Transaction Report
Symptoms:
When attempting to run the Receipt Transaction Report, either from the Receipt application of FSRunJob, an "Invalid object name 'r#receipt'" error occcurs.
Solution:
A reason for the missing table was not found. It was added in version 50.009.004 and some customers have it and some don't. There appears to be no pattern. To fix the problem, this patch simply recreates the table. It is a temporary table so no data issues are involved.
