New Work orders created in Spares do not have default WO type
Symptoms:
When the Spares application creates a new work order for internal repair, it does not necessarily create the work order with the configured default work order type.
Solution:
When Spares created a new WO, it did not use the default user type like every other app that creates WOs(WO, WR, fsWorkReq, Mobile WO). Instead, it retrieved all the user types of base type “Corrective” unordered and then just used the first one that was returned. It has been changed so that it still gets utypes of wotype “Corrective”, but it orders them by default(Y/N) and then by utype. So, if there is a utype of wotype “Corrective” that is also the default type, it will be returned first and used. If none of the “Corrective” utypes are the default, then it uses whatever non-default one is returned first.
