Scheduling flag filter
Symptoms:
If you apply a Work Order Flag filter to a schedule, Work Orders that have no flags assigned at all still show up on the schedule along with the Work Orders that match the Flag filter.
Solution:
The WOs that did not have any flags set at all were still showing up on the schedule along with the ones that had flags from the filter set. This has been fixed to match the flag filter in the Work Order app. This included adding an additional check item to the flag filter configuration for "Work Orders without flags". This new option allows the flag filter to be configured to include: 1. All flags including no flags 2. Some flags and no flags (new) 3. All flags but not including no flags 4. Just no flags (new)
