PO line query shows wrong price - it shows current price book price
Symptoms:
When opening an existing po line for a pricebook item, if the pbitem price was different than that on the PO line, PO would show the current pricebook price and not the actual PO line price.
Solution:
The code was changed to not update the pricebook information unless the pricebook item number changes. The same applies for stock.
