Schedule Export to MSProject does not reset to newly selected schedule
Symptoms:
When a user chooses the option in Scheduling to "Export Schedule" to MS Project, they select the schedule that they wish to export and the date range. This works great the very first time that someone does an export (i.e. they get what they asked for when they do the subsequent import in MSProject). From that point forward, every time someone performs another export of another schedule and/or timeframe from the Scheduling program, it just adds to the records to be imported. As a result, when they do their imports into MSProject, they get everything for every schedule and date range that has ever been exported. This should reset the contents on each export such that the only records in the data to be imported are the ones that the user requested. Otherwise, this function is not useful when implemented in a large facility with several schedules running over larger periods of time and managed by several planners.
Solution:
In Version 5 the old schedule exported records are deleted first. In Version 6 the delete was already there but it removed only the records for the schedule being exported. Now it removes all records in the export table. Also, the database procedure used by the export in Projects was changed to remove all previously exported records from the export table.
