Symptoms:
1. The Daycounter meter is disappearing from some triggers, resulting in a "meter cannot be found" error when opening the trigger. 2. Some triggers have the wrong equipment on them. The tasks do have the correct equipment.
Solution:
This patch contains two database procedures to fix any data that may have been corrupted by the bugs described.
