Enhancement Description:
03255 - Available Budget Inquiry on Purchase Requisitions Provide an Available Budget inquiry on a purchase requisition so that a requisition approver can determine if the requisition’s work order has sufficient budget to pay for the requisition. 03480 - Costing Information on Purchase Requistions On the 4Site Purchase Requisition application’s Purchase Requisition form, show the costing distribution for the selected purchase requisition line.
Solution:
3255 Available budget information is displayed by pressing the Available Budget button on the purchase requisition form. The Available Budget button may be hidden by setting a code on the Purchase Requisition Code Value form. The button is only visible for requisitions which have a status of in approvals. The budget amount for a work order is determined using the "Other" resource segment of the work order. A code value also exists to determine whether or not pending commitments are included in the cost to date column. 3480 On the 4Site Purchase Requisition application’s Purchase Requisition form, show the costing distribution for the selected purchase requisition line. The costing distribution appears on the form only if the option is selected from the Purchase Requisition Code Values form.
