TWOWAY service Mismatch should take previous vouchers into account
Symptoms:
When using VOTWOWAY with a Service line mismatch tolerance, the mismatch/tolerance calculation does not take any previous vouchered amounts into consideration. For example: Variance set to 10%, $1000 Scenario 1 Ordered amount $100,000 Current invoiced amount $105,000 Voucher mismatches – as it should Scenario 2 Ordered amount $100,000 Previously invoiced amount $90,000 Current invoiced amount $15,000 Voucher does not mismatch because $15,000 is less than the ordered amount even though total invoiced amount is now $105,000.
Solution:
The mismatch calculation of service lines under VOTWOWAY will now take previously vouchered amounts for the PO line into account.
