Person import form can be blocked by parent form
Symptoms:
Person import form is neither Modal nor an MDI Child form. This means accidentally clicking the MDIParent form covers the import form.
Solution:
The import form is now a modal form, meaning you must close the import form when finished before moving on to other Person operations.
