PO lookup from VO gets Method ~ failed error
Symptoms:
Selecting a PO from the lookup a 2nd time on the voucher header, the error "Method ~ object ~ failed" error occurs then VO crashes.
Solution:
The use of the PO lookup was causing corrupted memory under some sequence of events that would eventually lead to a crash. The memory corruption has been fixed and the crash should no longer occur.
