WO accepts an identifier that can't be used
Symptoms:
User has set up a work order for Production staff to requisition items from the store that is causing problems. Note that for whatever reason the work order number he assigned is AM-E_INST. I believe the problem is the “_” he has used even though the Work Order app seems to accept it. The problem is in the 2nd screenshot – when a user goes to enter a Stores Req using that WO number, things go wrong.
Solution:
The _ character in the Work order identifier was being used as a SQL query wild card indicator. Entry of the work order with the _ would trigger a work order lookup, thinking the user wanted to do a wild card lookup using the entered identifier as a pattern.
