JV Stand - reallocation account list doesn't always filter by company

Add subleger lookups to JV Standing and Bank Rec
Symptoms:
1. Sub ledger look ups need to be added to recon.exe and jvstand.exe. 2. The account lookup in reallocations sometimes uses the wrong company. 3. Single company bugs.
Solution:
1. Added sub ledger look ups to recon and jvstand. Lookups added: workorder, supplier, stock, person and assets. 2. When the account lookup was launched on the Reallocation screen it passed a reference to the company stored within the standing dialog. The correct dialog is now used. 3. Fixed a typo on recon.exe mainform. "Active" was spelled "Actvie" in the legend. 4. Fixed an issue in recon.exe where adjustment JVs would not be created in a single company environment.
