Add a void flag to Bank Rec report just like the Outstanding Chq rpt
Symptoms:
At Cindy's Request, Shayne added a flag to the Outstanding Cheques report which indicates if a cheque is now void yet wasn't in the period the report was run for. The same flag should go on the Bank Reconciliation Report rptBankRec.rpt when it lists outstanding cheques so they are consistent.
Solution:
Added a field on the Bank Reconciliation report to indicate that a cheque has been voided within the period of the report.
