Can delete a bank acct in Cash Mgmt even though trans exist
Symptoms:
I entered a new bank account and created a deposit for it and posted it. Then I deleted the bank account and it asked me to confirm but did not stop me. So now I have transactions for a non-existent bank account. It should've stopped me and forced me to set it to inactive instead.
Solution:
The Recon application now tests for the number of cheques and the number of deposits for a bank account being deleted. If either is greater than zero, the delete button is disabled.
