Simple work order print request hangs.
Symptoms:
Attempting to print a single task work order with no attachments or resources appears to hang. The user sees an hour glass and no output is produced. See 2085 or 2426 for an example.
Solution:
At LPT, equipment record have been for some reason manually edited, resulting in some equipment having no parent record. This caused a select query to fail in the extraction of Eq costing data required by the report. In the extract equipment costing records routine, to prevent falling into an infinite loop, added a rowcount check to determine if the select query returned data. Stop loop iteration if no rows returned, otherwise continue to loop through the remaining records.
