Shutting down Projects app while minimized makes it unusable next time
Symptoms:
When the Projects app is closed, the current window size and screen position are saved so that the app will re-open the same size and position next time. However, if Projects is currently minimized to the taskbar when closed, it will restart next time the same way being minimized to the taskbar, but now it cannot be restored.
Solution:
Window top/left values when a form is minimized are set to silly negative values like -27540 and should not be saved to HKEY_CURRENT_USER as the current form position of the pjMain form. The Projects main form now calls a standard routine for saving the main form position on exist and restoring the its position on next restart.
