EqDtl report shows incorrect approving dept, missing equipment
Symptoms:
1. Incorrect Approving Dept – same approving department is displayed for all items. 2. Not picking up all equipment. When running the report all the children are selectable/selected, but do not appear on the report.
Solution:
1. The report was incorrectly using the Equipment's parent company as the Approving Department instead of the Equipment's owner department. This has been corrected. 2. If a Trade filter was specified, Equipment that did not have an associated Trade would not show up on the report, only Equipment that exactly matched the selected Trade(s) would show up. This has been fixed by adding a "[No Trade Assigned]" option to the Trade filter. With this option selected, Equipment without an associated Trade will show up on the report. If this option is not selected, these Equipment will not show up on the report.
