Fiscal Year End Closure Bug
Symptoms:
A problem occurs when closing the fiscal year when one of the companies does not have a retained earnings account. The company grid will only list the companies which have a retained earnings account. Once the companies with retained earnings accounts are closed, the program updates the last year closed even though the company without a retained earnings account has not been closed.
Solution:
The SQL which loads the company grid now loads companies which do not have a retained earnings account. Before these companies are closed a valid retained earnings account must be entered for the company.
