Symptoms:
If no completion, action, or cause codes have been entered and the "Default To" on the Codes Options screen is set to "As Selected" then an error occurs when setting the default completion, action, or cause code and the work order maintenance close form fails to load and no error message is displayed.
Solution:
If a completion, action, or cause code does not exist the form load no longer attempts to set the default on the corresponding combo box. Modified the voluntary/mandatory flag for the completion code combo box according to gsWoCodeMandatoryX which is set on the Symtom, Cause, Action and Completion Options form.
