Unable to search for WOs in WO lookup that have no Symptom code
Symptoms:
The Symptoms tab in the Options section of the WO find window requires at least one symptom to be checked with no option of finding only WOs with no symptoms. The WO applicaiton does not force the user to check at least one symptom code (in fact for some Systems there are no symptom codes to be checked), so it makes searching for WOs with no symptoms impossible. This is related to request #3391. THere needs to be a way to search/lookup WOs that do not have Symptom codes or WO Flags.
Solution:
A line reading "WOs With No Symptom Codes" has been added to the top of the list of Symptom Codes on the Symptoms tab. If this line is checked WOs with no Symptom code will be included in the search. If this line is not checked WOs with No Symptom will not be included in the search.
