User defied format not recognized for BCKLog report.
Symptoms:
We want to use a smart-naming convention for our backlog report definitions. I tried deleting the system format and opening up the user format to 20 characters using the “S”. When attempting to save a def with that in place the backlog number would get wiped out and I’d receive a message saying that it had already been used and that it would be replaced with… and there would be a blank space. The program, however, would save the backlog. But when I’d go to delete that backlog it would simply delete the backlog at the top of the list. If I would try to open a backlog that had been saved the program would open a different backlog. I put the system format back in and all went back to normal. How do we configure the system to allow us to use our own naming for backlogs?
Solution:
On return from editing the backlog identifier, the user defined key value was not being loaded into the backlog id text box. This had been corrected in this patch.
