Default the reorder checkbox to checked on the scrap spare screen
Enhancement Description:
When you scrap a spare you have to remember to check the reorder checkbox on the scrap screen. It would be nice if it would default to checked if the stock is setup as reorderable.
Solution:
A new Codes entry had been implemented to control the default checked state of this checkbox. SPARE_SCRAP_REORDER_DEFAULT - when set to 'Y', the checkbox on the Scrap form will default to checked - when set to 'N', the checkbox on the Scrap form will default to unchecked. - In both cases, the user can change the value of the checkbox. The default value for SPARE_SCRAP_REORDER_DEFAULT after install is 'N'.
