Equipment cost center change email notification

Symptoms:
When an equipment cost center is changed a company designate receives an email. There is no filter for what organization the change is made in. The same person receives all notifications.
Solution:
The email address to which the notifications are sent is specified by the CCMOVE_EMAIL covalue in the Codes application under DEFAULTS. The Equipment application uses the specified email when the cost center changed. This was initially implemented to only allow a single email to be set up. Equipment will now use the specified email for the current logged-in company. The company specific emails need to be set up in the Codes application for this to work. 1. Log into the desired company. 2. Run Codes. 3. Select the company from the drop-down box(not "*"). 4. Find the DEFAULTS code type. 5. Under DEFAULTS, add a new code value: - Code Value Identifier = CCMOVE_EMAIL - Code Value 1 = desired email address 6. Repeat the steps for each company. Any companies that do not have a CCMOVE_EMAIL set up specifically for the company will fall back to the email address specified for the "*" company.
