WO Update Status Screen: Cannot close tasks
Symptoms:
In the Update WO Status screen, a user cannot close an individual Task due to the manditory fields on the History tab being blank and inactive but required. Tasks can be closed from "Task > Close Task".
Solution:
With certain configuration values and Equipment properties, the Cause and Action fields of a Work Order may be mandatory. These fields only apply to the Work Order as a whole, not individual Tasks. So, when a Task is selected, the fields should now become optional and the Task can be closed without providing the values.
